The House of Representatives Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has launched an investigation into an uncollected ₦432 billion debt owed to the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) by oil marketing companies and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
