The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has secured a new three-year title sponsorship agreement with EuroMatch Group worth $7.5 million, ending the league’s decade-long wait for a title sponsor.
The deal was unveiled by the NPFL Board on Wednesday and will see the league rebranded as the EuroMatch NPFL from the 2026/27 season.
The sponsorship is valued at $2.5 million per year, with 60 percent of the annual proceeds—equivalent to $1.5 million—set aside for the league’s 20 clubs.
Based on the reported exchange rate, the clubs’ combined yearly share is estimated at approximately ₦2.019 billion.
The agreement will run for three seasons, giving the partnership a total commercial value of $7.5 million.

The NPFL also launched a new logo as a result of the sponsorship deal. The league’s refreshed identity was unveiled on Wednesday in Abuja during a ceremony attended by leading figures from Nigerian football and representatives of Euromatch.
EuroMatch’s arrival marks the return of a title sponsor to Nigeria’s top-flight football league for the first time since Globacom’s sponsorship ended in 2016.
EuroMatch Group is a private investment and technology company based in Warsaw, Poland, with a focus on the global regulated gaming industry.
According to the company, its operations centre on developing and expanding technology ventures, gaming infrastructure, and brands serving regulated international markets.
